Needing Homes

Oct 2009: An urgent plea - we desperately need more responsible and well-fenced homes that are CAT-FREE. There are many greyhounds who never get the chance to become pets because they have a higher prey drive. The training to be a racing dog uses this and intensifies it. These greyhounds are just as affectionate and calm with people and make lovely companions. They do learn to become less reactive, but it does take more time for them to adjust to being away from the competitive racing environment.

If you do not have any cats (or rabbits etc), and would like to help a greyhound who would otherwise not get the chance, please contact us now. We always have some of these lovely greyhounds waiting for responsible homes.

We always have greyhounds available, usually from 18 months to 9 years, both bitches and dogs.
