Why should I adopt a retired Greyhound?

Ex-racers are very loving, loyal, calm and easy-going. Greyhounds do not bark much and shed little. Few make good watchdogs, as they love meeting people. And retired Greyhounds deserve good homes.

Why must a Greyhound be kept on a leash?

Unless they are in a well fenced area greyhounds must be kept on a leash for their own safety - they have no road sense, keen sight and a strong chase instinct.
